How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password and you’re logged out of the CINQ by Coinstar mobile app, follow these steps to reset your password:

1. On the login screen, select “Forgot your password?”

2. Enter the email address associated with your CINQ by Coinstar account then select “Next.”

3. We’ll send a verification link to your email. Open the link to continue resetting your password.

4. Enter your new password and enter it again to confirm. Select “Next” to finish resetting your password.

If you’re logged into the mobile app and simply want to update your password to a new one, follow these steps:

1. Select “Settings” on the bottom right side of the screen.

2. Select “Security Settings” to edit your password or account PIN.

3. Select “Change Password” then enter your current password and select “Next.”

4. Enter your new password and enter it again to confirm. Select “Save” to finish updating your password.
